Not at all. MMEA provides everyone who is looking for marriage an opportunity. This can be the never married, the divorced, the widowed, single parents etc. However, it is not for people who are already married.

MMEA is available to people outside Africa such as the diaspora with strong ties to the region. MMEA will also admit non-East Africans who express interest, including people from the West such as Europe, Americas etc. so long as they sign up to the values of the platform.

No. MMEA is not a casual dating platform. MMEA is a matchmaking and connection platform designed specifically for individuals who are serious about marriage and long-term partnership.

Yes. Membership will be through three subscription models: standard, assisted, premium - all offering different levels of support aligned to client specific needs. Membership involves a fee, which helps maintain the quality, seriousness, and integrity of the platform. It also signals commitment and discourages casual participation.

Membership is long as you need to find a marriage partner. However, MMEA offers a six-month subscription plan, reflecting our belief that meaningful, marriage-focused connections take time. A six-month period allows members to engage thoughtfully, build genuine connection, and assess compatibility without pressure or haste. It also supports consistency, seriousness, and trust within the community. A member is free to renew after that if they are not successful in the first attempt.

Yes. We recognise that life happens. Members can manage their engagement in a way that respects their personal circumstances and timing.

Yes, MMEA offers complimentary services, including therapy. We have a list of therapists that a client can choose but this comes with an added cost.

You can begin by registering on the platform, completing your profile thoughtfully, and going through the verification process. From there, guided matching and connection begins.
